Marsha has over 15 years’ experience working in QuickBooks and has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor for the last six years. She helps many businesses with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and tax planning. This has given Marsha over 40 years’ experience working with individuals and small businesses. She especially enjoys the challenge of helping clients that have IRS and state tax issues and has a high rate of success with tax resolution, penalty abatement and offer in compromise. Trish specializes in tax planning and tax preparation for individuals, businesses and non-profits. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree from University of Illinois in 2009, and successfully sat for the CPA exam in 2010.

While holding down two jobs and managing a household that includes her husband and four beautiful daughters, she attended classes at Governors State University and online at University of Illinois Springfield. Prompted by one of her employers, Trish went back to school to prepare for the CPA exam. She entered the accounting field in 1997 as a clerk, and worked her way up to the position of bookkeeper. Their son, Matthew, manages Hawtree & Associates’ Frankfort office.Ĭertified Public up in a military family with frequent moves, Trish learned early that challenges are often opportunities in disguise. His breadth of experience enables him to see the big picture and integrate all the pieces to his clients’ benefit.
